Antique Furniture Direct has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.
In a lovely aged mahogany with satinwood inlay and box wood stringing, it stands on tapered legs culminating in spade feet united by an undertier shelf. In good condition and of a very nice size it would make a lovely display unit or collectors cabinet.
