Large 19th C Imari Vase

Description

A very large 19th C Imari vase of hexagonal and baluster shape, with wonderful decoration of Fu Dogs/Dragons and foliage within cartouches. The bell shaped and hexagonal lid with similar decoration as the body, and terminating in a Fu Dog finial. This is a fantastic piece of tremendous size!

H: 22"

Diameter of body: 12"

Small amount of damage to the inner rim of lid.
