The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1930s.
This particular watch has a high grade Swiss 17-jewel stem-winding movement with micro regulator which is working nicely. The movement is signed Record watch co, 17 jewels, 4 adjustments, Swiss made. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover which has the initials E H.

The watch itself measures 50.6mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold plated and is the Star model made by the Dennison Watch Case Company. The case has light surface marking from use but overall it is in nice condition for a 1930s piece.
The acrylic lens is in nice condition.
The signed double sunk dial is in nice condition.
The watch has blued steel Breguet style hands.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
