In A Nutshell Antiques and Interiors has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
It is in very good condition for its age. There are some small dinks in the silver and some general signs of age and use but nothing detrimental. There are no major damages to the glass, just some minor small surface nibbles and a chip on the underneath of the bottle (see photo). It does not have a stopper. It has been cleaned and the silver gently polished and overall it displays very well.
