In A Nutshell Antiques and Interiors has dated this piece to the 1890s.
The top is hallmarked for Birmingham, 1896. The makers mark is rubbed but looks like it could be C.H for Charles Horner.
It is in very good condition for its age.
There are no cracks or major damages to the glass just some minor small surface nibbles. It has been cleaned and the silver gently polished and overall it displays very well.
The best description comes from the photos so please look at them all carefully and if you have any questions please ask. UK delivery £5, rest of the world £20.
