A very good quality 18th century Dutch marquetry inlaid bureau bookcase. Having an architectural cornice, two glazed doors, a fall front bureau and all standing on turned bun feet. The wonderfully bold and fine quality inlaid marquetry detail of flowers, birds and vases. The fall opening to reveal drawers, a slide over a well, all with inlay. 2240mm high, 990mm wide and 570mm deep. Circa 1780
