Small Antique Silver Goblet 1912

1900 - 1920
Description

Standing on a stepped base with a knobbed stem, this superb small ANTIQUE SILVER GOBLET has a bowl with a gadrooned base and fabulously embossed sides with a floral scroll design and a blank central cartouche within a shield.

To one side there is an applied silver disc with a family emblem of a nightingale on a branch making this a very unusual item.

The interior of the bowl still retains the original gilt coating – a sign of real quality.

Made by J.A. Restall & Co. in 1912, this lovely Silver Goblet is in excellent condition despite its age and would make a wonderful gift for someone or would enhance any silver collection.

Condition:

Used / Excellent

There is no damage and no repairs.

Minor dink to rim – nothing much but mentioned for accuracy.

Dimensions:

Height – 4.75” (121mm) / Diameter – 2.0” (50mm)

Weight – 32.9 gm / 1.05ozt
