Mytton Antiques - Jerrard Nares has dated this piece to the 1850s.
The body with fielded panels, finished to the inner edges with a bolection mould, surrounding the carved panels. Each panel carved differently, with palm fronts, intertwined laurel leave, rising flowers and bull rushes. The body finished with a beaded and leaf mould, above a stepped plinth with chamfered tablets.
