Six Country Hepplewhite Dining Chairs C.1810.

Description

Superb set of 6 small late Georgian Welsh oak dining chairs c.1810. The design is a country vernacular interpretation of a Hepplewhite chair, with a shaped top rail and pierced back splat with unusual flue de lis shaped centre. Over simple board seats raised on square legs joined with stretchers to the front, sides and rear. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
