An unusual and good quality apprentice scale model of a spiral staircase. This bespoke model is made from solid mahogany, it has 16 treads and rises with 32 ring turned balustrades and turned newel post. This apprentice model is very complicated and exhibits the maker's skill. The circular base with inset moulded frieze and the whole in very good condition, with no damage or repairs.
