The bottom drawer is full depth incorporating the plinth which provides a huge amount of storage. The drawers all open well and it is a clean sturdy set with all the original turned knobs and the original blue 'penny paper' drawer linings.
It is in good condition for its age and is strong and sturdy. There are the usual minor signs of age and use, some surface marks, small knocks and minor chips but nothing detrimental and overall it displays beautifully.
