A charming Japanese Meiji period Satsuma pottery box and cover, of square form decorated with fishermen bringing a catch to shore overlooked by Mt Fuji on the cover with Maple blooms around the side and flowers inside, signed in a seal on the underside. This fine box excellent overall condition measuring 8.5cm across standing 5cm tall.
