Regency Oak Writing Table

19th century
Description

Raised on end supports with molded sabre legs terminating in brass box castors, twin turned uprights and stretcher. The upper section with two oak lined, cock beaded drawers with dummies on the reverse. The top with a molded edge and cross banding bordering a black leather writing surface with bold Greek key Gilt tooling. The table is a good colour and retains its original ebonised highlights and waxed surface. 760mm high, 1070mm wide and 670mm deep. Circa 1830.
