Description

A rare and high quality Goldsmiths of London carriage clock. A gilt case with twisted side columns, fretwork and jewelled detailing. Green onyx panels. A jewelled bezel surround to the floral chased dial signed by retailers and with finely fretted gilt hands. An 8-day duration timepiece French mechanism. The original key and travelling case with opening front flaps. Circa. 1900.
