The chair stands approximately 42" (107cm) high. Arm to arm is 25" (63cm) wide. The seat is 18 1/2" (47cm) deep and 15 3/4" (40cm) high. It is about an inch shorter than your average chair as the bottom of the legs have worn away over time. It doesn't feel too short to sit in and would suit a table perhaps with the addition of a cushion.
It is in good original condition and is strong and sturdy with no signs of worm or any major damages. There are signs of age and use and some marks and light surface scratches on the seat and around the legs but nothing detrimental. It has developed a wonderful rich patina as the old stain has worn attractively on the arms and seat. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
