Beautifully iconic Arts & Crafts solid silver Napkin Ring. The intertwining silver shapes decorating the napkin emphasise the handcrafted beauty of the Arts and Crafts movement, being so attractive but also very practical. Clear hallmarks are visible on the back for the Sheffield Assay office with a date mark for 1904 and Lion Passant indicating sterling silver, along with the maker''s mark: William Batt & Sons.
 
A lovely napkin in great antique condition: (The circumference of the napkin is not perfectly round when viewed from above which we mention only for accuracy) - see last image).
