The stool is on a large threaded bolt which allows the seat to be spun and adjusted in height from 17" (43cm) up to 22" (56cm).
It is in good condition for its age. The adjustable revolving mechanism runs smoothly and the stool is very stable. The wooden top is original and in good condition with no splits or major damages. There are general signs of age and use and some marks on the top but nothing detrimental and it has developed a nice aged patina and displays very nicely. Certainly a very usable piece.
