A total of sixteen eight-cuts are set in the slim and tapering swirling platinum shoulders, leading to fine, 18k yellow gold shank.

Cut – Old mine cut in the centre with eight-cuts in the surround.
Colour – H (the diamonds in the surround are F to H).
Clarity – SI2 (VS2 to SI2 in the shoulders).

Carat – A known 1.51 in the centre (with a further approximate 0.13 carat in the surround).
Circa – 1935.
Size – M (UK) or 6 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can be sized up or down.
Measurements – The diamond is approximately 6.7 x 6.5mm. The ring is 14.4mm at the widest point and sits 5.4mm from the finger.

Metal – The shank is 18k yellow gold (hallmarked). The diamonds are set in platinum (tested).
