This Art Deco ladies brooch really is a little dilly, styled to look like a top hat and can a real Fred Astaire And Ginger Rogers influence going on here. The hat is made from Maccasar Ebony with the cane made from chrome with a red cherry bakelite handle, what's not to love?! A nice size too, can be worn on hat's, scarfs, coats. Original to the 1930's and originates from France, there's no makers mark or initials.
