Impressive But Small Proptioned Oak Cased Longcase Clock with Attractive Shaped Long Door. The Brass Dial with Silvered Chapter Ring & Name Disc which is Enscribed John Greenough PARR. Parr is now part of St Helens. John Greenough is listed as working at Bold, also in St Helens. Within Bold there is an area know as CLOCK Face named after the Large Clock Face that adorned the Inn. (?). However impressive this clock is, it was built to a budget... Whilst it may look like an 8 Day clock, it is in fact a 30 Hour Clock.....Why over spend when at a glance your clock looked like the latest model....
The sturdy Movement has been Checked, Oiled & Offered in Good Antique Working Condition.
