Pretty Draining Plate from Anchor Potteries

1900 - 1920
Description

This pretty draing plate from around 1900 comes from the Anchor pottery in Longton. S Bridgwood and son were the owners and both top and bottom plates carry the mark from this company. The design is pretty and the top plate has a scroll leg as it sits on the lower one. The colour is very good and the gilt detailing is in place. A lovely display item that is most useful too.
