thick glass crystal is clean without damage ..
gold masonic dial is also clean ....
blue hours/minutes/seconds hands..
case maker is illinois elgin watch co.. 20 years gold filled ..
the very clean 7 jewel movement was recently oiled & is stamped Elgin Natl Watch Co, usa..
the serial number is 18866590 which dates it to 1916 with a run quantity of 3,000 ..
the watch currently runs in all positions & measures 4.5cms across..
cosmetically a clean watch but it does have a scratch at the top of its rear cover...
the watch comes on a pocket watch stand & with its own chain & masonic fob as per photos ..
cosmetically the watch is in an excellent condition for its age with no plate loss or any dings/dents (apart from the scratch to the rear cover as mentioned) & you would find difficulty in finding another of these in such a good condition ..
the watch comes with its own vintage gold filled watch chain as pictured. Offering free UK post, reference V72
