It is a good size for a coffee table, end of the bed storage or toy trunk.
It is in good condition for its age. It is strong and sturdy and it is generally clean and tidy inside. It has its original metal strap hinges and there have been some strips of wood put inside to strengthen the box at some point. There are signs of use and age, some general knocks marks and minor splits but nothing detrimental and it has a good aged patina and displays very well. It has been cleaned and gently polished and is ready for use.
