Large Handmade Arts & Crafts Copper Vase

1900 - 1920
Description

Circa 1910-1930 a large copper vase/container weighing approximately 1.9kgs.

It measures 37cm in height with a 15.5cm diameter top and at the widest part it is approximately 26cm in diameter.

It has been hand made and around the centre is a band with stud effect design, and at the sides are a pair of beautifully made large handles. The body and the base have been hand beaten - an effect popular in the early Arts & Crafts movement.
