Fowey River Antiques has dated this piece to the 1950s.
It has the flagship emblem engraved on the back of the case together with an inscription which only adds to the history of the piece.

The Longines 30LS 17 jewel movement is regarded as one of the best and most reliable manual wind movements ever made, a beautiful piece of engineering.
It has its original Longines winding crown and it also comes with its original box.

It has just been professionally serviced and a new glass has been fitted. The solid stainless steel case has been professionally polished.
As you would expect the watch is fully marked on the dial, movement and case.

It comes complete with a brand new quality brown leather strap.
The watch case measures 34mm in diameter not including the crown.
The watch has been fully serviced. It has been professionally overhauled, the process is highly detailed and meticulous.

It is stripped down to its component parts and each part is examined under a microscope for signs of wear, any worn parts are replaced with genuine manufacturers parts. Each part is then thoroughly cleaned in a three stage ultrasonic cleaning process.

The movement is then fully assembled using manufacturers approved oils and lubricants and is carried out in a clean room environment. The movement is then checked and adjusted for accurate time keeping. The cases are polished and sealed.

Obviously this is not a cheap or quick process which is why our watches are sometimes a little more expensive than others but you can be assured our watches will give you reliable and dependable service and will not require further service for many years.
