The Fancy Fox has dated this piece to the 18th Century.

They measure 8cm (3 1/8") long, 6.5cm (2 1/2") wide and 3.5cm (1 3/8") high. They weigh combined 182g/5.9ozt.
Condition is very good but they have both had a small professsional repair. The Hennell one there is evidence of work to the rim on one side and the Shepherd one has a repair to the inside of the bowl on one corner. On the opposing side of this salt, there is a small convex dimple like a reversed dent and a little scuffing so this may also be a small repair or just a knock; I can't tell for certain. No current damage, surface wear is light and the hallmarks are all pretty clear.
