This unusual bowling trophy which is made of Solid Silver is made by Alwright & Marshall Ltd and is hallmarked for Dublin 1941.

The silver trophy has an interesting inscription that reads Leinster CC Bowling Club. Pollett Cup. Won by E. Lutman 1941.

This Dublin silver trophy would make a wonderful collectors piece for a bowling enthusiast or silver collector.

Material: Solid Silver.

Date: 1941.

Hallmark: Dublin. Date letter z for 1941 and maker's mark A&M for Alwright & Marshall Ltd.

Size: Height of trophy - 8 cm (3 1/4") approx. Height including black base- 11.5 cm (4 1/2") approx.

Weight of silver trophy: 60 g. Total weight of silver trophy and black base: 120g.

Condition: Good antique condition with light signs of use in keeping with age. Some light marks, scratches, tarnishing and shallow bruises.
