In A Nutshell Antiques and Interiors has dated this piece to the 1930s.
The lamp is adjustable by slackening the wing screw on the side to move it backwards and forwards. The lamp has been re-wired and PAT Tested and is in good working order. It takes a standard bayonet bulb (bulb not included with lamp).
It is in good condition for its age. The bronzed finish has tarnished over time and there are some signs of age and use. The shade has some marks and scratches on the inside and outside but overall it displays very well. It has been lightly cleaned and is ready for use.
The base of the lamp measures approximately 7" (18cm) long x 5" (13cm) wide. The shade is 9" (23cm) long and the lamp stands approximately 13" (33cm) tall.
