Antique 1912 silver half hunter pocket watch.

The watch has a 17 jewel stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch itself measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and has Birmingham hallmarks for 1912 with the case makers mark for the Dennison Watch Case Company. The case has light surface marks from use and the odd mild bruise but overall it is in nice condition for a 1910s piece. The front has Arabic numerals filled with dark blue enamel set around a small lens.

The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover. Inside there is a glass lens which is in nice condition.

The dial has a couple of faint hairline cracks between 10 & 11 o'clock but otherwise it is in nice condition.

The watch has its original blued steel hands, which has the special half hunter hour hand so even when the front cover is closed, the hands can be distinguished between and the time read.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
