Antique George III Mahogany Bow Fronted Chest of Drawers

Description

Antique George III mahogany bow fronted chest of drawers in good original condition & with a lot of character. Please enlarge all the images to see the overall condition of the surface, because there will be various marks & indentations, due to the fact that this item is 200 years old. However, it’s structurally sound, has just been French polished & has a great look. The top has a strong satinwood cross banded edge, with some other fine inlays. All the drawers have brass handles, locks & this chest of drawers sits on splayed feet. I would date this chest to around the 1790-1810 period.

Depth – 22 inches, 55 cm

Height – 42 inches, 106 cm
