A Stunning Rare circa 1830 Mahogany Extending Dining Table , it has an incredible set of 10 turned and reeded legs each with its original brass castor, it has five extension leaves but can be used with any combination of these leaves, the extension mechanism is working freely it pulls out and the leaves are secured with brass clips (this is the usual method for the earlier tables), the table can if necessary be split into two tables and used as a pair of window or console tables hence freeing up the space in a dining room at party time (it also makes the table easy to move around and transport). The table has been fully restored and French Polished by ourselves to a very high standard . it will seat 16/20 diners.
