Pair of Swedish Art Deco Satin Birch Armchairs

1920 - 1940
Description

Pair of very stylish Swedish Art Deco armchairs with satin birch arms & legs, dating to around the 1930’s period. They are in excellent condition, having just been polished & re-upholstered in a neutral coloured fabric. We used to bring a lot of these models over from Sweden, because they are very popular, but they are becoming much harder to find. The popularity was down to their small proportions, design & comfort. These armchairs have fully sprung seats with coil springs, so they will last a lifetime, unlike the modern seating of today.
