The whole enclosed within a scrolled leaf border.
The inset frieze inlaid with pairs of scrolled flowers from which flowers and leaves issue.

The octagonal stem with waisted shaping and an ogee collar, inlaid with panels of hanging flowers.
The concave profile base, running to turret corner ends, above rounded feet holding castors.
The base likewise decorated with inlaid spreading and rising flowers.
