A Rare Chester Silver Novelty 'Boot' Match Striker

Description

A novelty silver mounted glass match striker from the Edwardian era. This charming piece was assayed at the sought after Chester office and is formed in the shape of a boot. The match reservoir is found to the leg of the boot, with the sides being frosted for striking. The silver rim is fully hallmarked and this is a great collectable piece. Dimensions below.
