19th c. Colonial-American Era Pen & Ink Drawing 'The News-Sheet'

This is a very interesting pen & ink drawing depicting a scene from the Colonial-American Era in the 19th c.

The scene is of a pub front depicting a town crier reading out a news-sheet to the pub guests, who are typically dressed for the time i.e. sailor, farmers and possible a Quaker (?).

The sailor and the Quaker (?) smoking a typical period shaped pipe, while the Quaker (?) sits on a three legged spindle chair.

The pub is called 'Kings Head' (King George III).

At the bottom middle of the water colour in a scroll it says 'The News-Sheet' sadly no artist name has been found.
