Description

Ingenious metamorphic rosewood work box and games writing table c.1830. Top turns and opens to reveal a green leather writing or work surface. Over a traditional embroidery work table configuration of deep pull out storage basket and a fitted drawer for threads etc. On an elaborate base with turned column and carved paw feet and brass castors. Finished on the back so could stand away from the wall. Excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Key supplied.
