French Marquise Gilt Wood Settee

Description

A lovely Napoleon III French over sized Gilt Wood Arm Chair or Marquise Chair. Made from Wood, Gesso and Gilt the chair is highly decorative and very rare in this size. The frame is strong and sturdy and the upholstery is in very good condition, it is also extremely comfortable. There is some chipping to the gilt as can be seen in the photos but overall it is in excellent original condition.
