The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1930s.
The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold plated and it is in lovely condition, the engine turned detail to the back is still nice and crisp.
The watch glass is in lovely condition.

The white dial has a couple of faint hair line cracks but they are difficult to see with the naked eye. Blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
