A mahogany Late Victorian Period desk chair by James Peddle. Having a solid mahogany frame with a curved back and slightly shaped vertical back splats, above open curved arms. With a generous padded seat and supported on turned mahogany supports. A well known chair made by James Peddle after an original design by E.W Godwin. English circa 1890-1900

Dimensions: 23" wide x 20" deep x 33" high (seat height 16")

Condition: This chair is in stunning condition, cleaned and waxed, newly re-upholstered in a Zoffany silk
