In A Nutshell Antiques and Interiors has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
The ceramic feet allow it to be stood on a mantle or there are two fixing brackets for hanging on the wall.
It is in good original condition. There are some very minor knocks and small losses around the edges of the mirror frame and some minor wear on the mirror plate but nothing detrimental. There are some old holes in the top of the frame where one can only assume it was nailed or screwed to a wall at some point (See photos) but they don't detract from the mirror and overall it displays very nicely. It has been lightly cleaned and is ready for use.
