Description

A 1940s silver H Samuel "Acme Lever" pocket watch.

The watch has a stem winding movement which is working well. The high grade movement is stamped 15 jewels, Swiss made. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover which has some surface scratches from use.

The watch measures 49.4 mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and has Birmingham hallmarks for 1944 with the case makers mark for the Dennison Watch Case Company. The case has has light surface marks from use and a couple of small bruises to the back but overall it is in nice condition.

The glass lens is in nice condition.

The dial is signed Acme lever, H.Samuel, Manchester with Swiss made at the bottom. The dial is in nice condition.

The watch has its original blued steel hands.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
