Superb George III Chippendale mahogany tall torchere with circular spindle gallery top, standing on turned and fluted column onto shaped carved tripod legs with carved scroll toes. All in fine original condition with no breaks or repairs except later metal plates under legs. Wonderful rich darkish colour with great waxed patina. A very fine example of its kind.
Size; 44" high, 12" diameter top.
