Superb Edwardian oak roll top desk c.1910. Lift the tamboured roll to reveal a sliding desk top with original faux leather insert and a fitted interior of pigeon holes and 10 small stationery drawers with their original label holder handles. On drawer pedestals with moulded handles and a double height drawer to the base of the right hand pedestal. With an extra drawer above the kneehole. A good quality desk with solid oak fielded panels to the sides and rear, polished on all sides. Excellent condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops. Original maker’s badge and brass escutcheon plate named for The Shannon Desk Company. Keys supplied for the roll and the drawer above the kneehole.
