A good quality surveying barometer with the original fitted leather case. The original bronze patina to the case and silvered dial with scale from 26 to 32 inches. A rotating inner ring with adjustable knob on the outside. A magnifying glass which swivels in or out. Engraved to the silvered dial 'Surveying Aneroid, A FRANKS OPTICIAN MANCHESTER'. Circa 1900.
