A stunning late Regency rosewood side cabinet, bookcase or chiffonier. The beautifully figured top having a cross banded and moulded edge above the frieze which conceals the two mahogany lined drawers. The centre having a well carved cartouche with applied patrae to each side. Below are 2 arched doors with crisp carved decoration and good quality brass grills which open to a 2 shelved interior. The stiles having applied columns with carved capitals and the whole raised on a plinth base. Condition - Very good. Height…37.75’’/ 96cm. Width…48’’/ 122cm. Depth…15’’/ 38cm.
