For sale this extremely rare and fine London & South Western Railway presentation pocket watch by John Walker dated 1892. Fully signed silver case with matching numbers to the movement and dial. Fully signed gilt movement and dial. The watch is completely original and unrestored. The dial looks to be undamaged. The inner case movement cover is presentation engraved to J B Harrison of the Nine Elms Works and dated 1892. The watch has just undergone a major overhaul and is now in very fine working order.

The London and South Western Railway (LSWR or L&SWR[1]) was a railway company in England from 1838 to 1922. Starting as the London and Southampton Railway, its network extended from London to Plymouth via Salisbury and Exeter, with branches to Ilfracombe and Padstow and via Southampton to Bournemouth and Weymouth.
