Victorian Inlaid Burr Walnut Baby Sutherland Table

Description

A charming mid-Victorian period "baby" Sutherland table in burr walnut. Of fine construction in solid walnut with attractive burr walnut veneers. The top is decorated with crisp floral marquetry inlay and stringing. The pair of flaps lift up and are held in place by swing-out legs. The turned legs terminate in splayed feet and the two swing-out legs are fitted with their original brass and ceramic caps and castors. This versatile and attractive table is offered for sale in excellent condition. Sympathetically refinished in our workshops, it now has a warm colour and patina.
