Description

For sale is a good quality Victorian Satin Birch Cane armchair By Howard & Sons of Berner Street. The chair has an ornately hand-painted frame with caned seats, sides and back, the centre of the back has a decorative hand-painted panel showing a girl and her dog. The chair stands on brass castors and is in very good condition for its age, with all of the can seat and sides remaining intact and the frame is structurally sound. The chair is stamped Howard & Sons, serial no. 17346 9132.
