Stress crack at the top of the handle join which is quite common for this form of handle. Perfectly stable. No other chips or cracks and is clean and clear.

Technical Description
 
A superb and rare claret jug made at the Edinburgh and Leigh glasses works just after 1900. With its original stopper and showing an array of slice, facet, fan and diamond cutting it is a superb example and one of the very few we have seen in the last 16 years.
