This is a super Victorian set of 9 sterling silver Dessert Forks in lovely condition. The Forks are in the most attractive fiddle and thread pattern. Each bear the very clear hallmarks on the back of the terminal for the London Assay office with a date mark: 1877, along with the Lion Passant indicating the finest sterling silver. The maker''s mark is clear for the renowned silversmith George Adams.
A fabulous set, the silver is lovely and bright and the condition is exceptional.
Unusual to find a set of 9 in such great condition.
